Availability
Items that can be ordered are available for immediate delivery.
All items available in our shop are in stock and ready to ship. Color variations and sizes that are currently sold out and unavailable are marked accordingly and cannot be ordered. Since it is often unclear when a sold-out item will be back in stock, we deliberately refrain from offering pre-orders and reservations. We kindly ask you to use our notification feature or check back later.
Shipment
Fast shipping via DHL
We ship exclusively with DHL, which means short and relatively predictable delivery times. Experience shows that DHL delivers within one business day to addresses in northern Germany. Customers in southern Germany can usually expect delivery within two days. These are guidelines provided by DHL itself, but are not binding. If you have reason to believe there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us.
Our orders are picked up every morning. Orders placed before 10:00 AM usually leave our warehouse the same day. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €50. For orders within Germany below this amount, we charge a shipping fee of €6. Shipping costs for international orders are €8.

All returns are free of charge for both domestic and international customers. You can obtain a free return shipping label here .
Delivery to parcel lockers is possible
Since we ship with DHL, we can easily deliver to Packstations. You can simply use the standard address fields when entering your address.
International shipping
We deliver to all addresses within the European Union and Switzerland. Delivery time is usually around 5 business days.
Please note that for orders to Switzerland, the purchase price is shown excluding VAT. However, VAT and/or customs duties may be levied upon import/delivery of the order. These charges are not our responsibility, and we have no influence on the legal regulations regarding imports into Switzerland. Alternatively, for orders from Switzerland, you can use forwarding services such as meineinkauf.ch.
We are currently unable to offer deliveries to other non-EU countries.
