Supported payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Klarna invoice
• Klarna Instant Pay
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Bank transfer

Please note that if you choose to pay by bank transfer, we must wait for the payment to be received before we can ship your order. If your order is urgent, we recommend using one of the other payment methods, as we can initiate shipping immediately with these.

Refunds

Any refunds due to returns or exchanges will always be processed using the payment method used for the original order. This means, for example, that orders placed via PayPal will also be refunded via PayPal.

Please note that if you are being refunded via credit card, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank – this is due to the bank's processing time. We have no influence on this process.
