The shoes don't fit or you don't like them? No problem! Of course, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal.
If you wish to exchange an item, please place a separate order for the replacement item. Your return will be refunded after inspection.

Should you wish to return your order, please use our free DHL return shipping label. This can be used with or without a printer.
Useful information
You will receive the label by email and then print it out. Therefore, please ensure you enter your email address correctly. The email with the label should arrive within a few minutes. If you do not receive an email after 30 minutes, please check your spam folder.

Information on the condition of the shoes
Please note that the shoes must be in perfect, new, and unused condition to be eligible for an exchange or return. This means that if you are unsure whether you will keep the shoes, you should only try them on indoors. We cannot accept returns of shoes that have been worn outside.
