General guide lines
Sizes that are not immediately available will be represented as grey within the size selection and cannot be placed in the shopping basket. Since availability for out-of-stock shoes cannot always be reliably predicted, we ask you in these cases to recheck at a later time if your desired size is available. You are also welcome to contact us at shop@lunge.com. Please remember that there is always the option to obtain our shoes through one of the numerous specialized retailers.
As long as the desired shoe size can be placed in the shopping basket the shoe is immediately available in the selected size.
Payment
After completing billing and shipping information and agreeing to the general terms and conditions, you can decide on a method of payment. Payments through PayPal are recognized as completed immediately after concluding the purchase, allowing us to initiate shipping immediately and without further delays. Should you opt for prepayment, we prepare delivery of your order as soon as we can confirm receipt of your payment. You will receive information regarding bank details with your order confirmation email.
Shipping
Our shipping partner is DPD. After payment receipt we initiate delivery of your order. DPD collects the parcels daily around 9:30h - later orders will therefore leave our premises on the next day. With the shipping of your order you will receive a ship confirmation email containing a tracking code that you can use for DPD shipment tracking. Usually delivery time amounts to 1-2 working days. Shipping to DHL packing stations is currently not yet available.
Cancellation & Return of orders
You can cancel your purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons, in writing (letter, fax, or email), or – if the article is provided before expiry of the term – by returning the item. The term begins after receiving this advice in writing, but not before arrival of the item at the recipient (in case of multiple shipments of the same type of items not before the arrival of the first partial shipment), and also not before compliance with our obligation pursuant to section 312c paragraph 2 BGB in conjunction with section 1 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV, as well as our obligations according to section 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with section 3 BGB-InfoV. Timely dispatch of the cancellation or the article is sufficient to comply with the cancellation term. The cancellation is to be directed to:

Consequences of cancellation
In case of a valid cancellation, benefits received by both parties are to be returned and, where applicable, derived benefits (such as interest) to be compensated for. To the extent that you cannot return to us all or some of the goods received, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be obliged to pay compensation. This does not apply to the delivery of articles if the relevant impairment of the goods is exclusively due to the simple trial use of the products, which you would have reasonably been able to conduct in a store. For a reduction in quality as a consequence of utilization of the article according to intended use you will not be obliged to compensate. Items suitable for shipping by parcel are to be returned at our risk. You will have to bear the cost of return shipment if the delivered goods match the order. Otherwise the return shipment is cost free to you. Items not suitable for shipping by parcel will be collected from you. Payment obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days. The term commences for you with the dispatch of your cancellation or the items, for us with their receipt.
